This is not traditional coaching. It is a behavioural change program. Our unique approach:
- Learn from the experts - all of our facilitators have a business psychology background with an average of 20 years experience
- Tangible toolkit - everything you learn is a practical tool or technique you can apply in a multitude of contexts, backed by an Amazon best selling book
- Real world application - via our mobile app you be given daily challenges which enable you to practice professionally and socially, whilst recording your progress

How to Apply
Not just anyone can attend our programs. We need to be certain there is a good fit between what we do and what you need. There is a three stage application process.
Stage 1 - we will ask you to write a 100 word personal statement about why you want to complete the program using the form on the right.
Stage 2 - once submitted you will be shown a booking page and asked to book in your Nomination Discussion. Apologies but you will need to submit your contact details once again. Please ensure you use the same email address.
Stage 3 - We will call you on your chosen time and date for the Nomination Discussion. We will explore your application for approximately 15 minutes. We will also answer any of your questions you have about the coaching.
